Everything Comes To An End...A Wonderful & Memorable FOC 06/07

After all the hard work & commitment, FOC has finally come to an end...But a lil too fast...Im sure most people feel the same way as me...Enjoy myself so much during the camp...Thou I lost my voice from all the cheering & repeating of instructions but its all worth it!

Prep Camp [15/04 - 16/04]

These 2 days, we spent all of our day & night preparing all the logs we needed for the games...Cheer a bit...Recee on the final nightwalk route..Received our tag & GLs shirt...Trying to get ourselves high on the 2nd day of the prep camp...

LSCT FOC [17/04 - 19/04]

Day 1

The day we're officially call GLs...Played ice-breakers games...Didnt manage to rem all the Obourians name...Im bad at remembering names...

Telematch...Very bad!! It was raining damn heavily while we were preparing for it...And we were forced to take shelter at the bench area & discuss the wet weather programm...Ok la...It was actually the Games & Log head who were discussing the wet weather programm... Most of us were either sleeping or slacking ard...Amanda & I were thinking of what questions to ask for my game XO...Those who were sleeping were sabo-ed...The SGLs & AGLs put flour on their face, hands, legs, everywhere...But the funniest part was Jeremy Ang..He kena his pants...Right in the middle...Then I ask Gerared draw spongebob for me...Haha....His spongebob so cuteeee!!!

After all the slacking & discussions, we went back into the rain & get prepared for Telematch...It was a mess, diff grps did differently for some of the parts..And they were running in a mess...Somemore I give instructions that time they never listen...So I have to shout & I loss a lil bit of my voice...

Later at night it was Angels & Devils...I was so worried! Im the only gamemaster at the station..So scary...I didnt do a gd job at all for that station..Kinda screwed up? I dunno..HongWei said I was too stern...Ya I admit I was a lil..Maybe I was too tired? Lame excuse...I was sleeping while waiting for them to come...Can hear them cheering at the other side of the grand stand...I was very sad after the whole Angels & Devils ended..Im a bad Gamemaster...

We had our FInal Showdown...Went to the toilet & a pail of water juz splash on me like that..SO cold!!!But anyway we also bathed in ice water everyday liao..

Day 2

Today is station games...I quite look forward this part...Cos Im the gamemaster for Char Kway Teow [Breakfast Menu] & Clement also...A very sick station...We took our log to blk 60...Our SGLs for that station is Stevenson, TianXin & Suraj...Actually we didnt have to prepare much...We just have to put the stuff we need in front of the freshies...Ahaha...

It was so hot outside so went in the blk and sit down to rest...Then we started talking bout their FOC and this yr's...Of cos bout the freshies as well...Okay...

We added dark soy sauce + tao gay + mee tai ba + kaya + parsley + celery + PLANTA + leftover lunch which consist of harsh brown, rice and cabbage...Delicious breakfast menu indeed...

But halfway thru, it rained so heavily again like ytd...So we have to move our things to the underpass of the convention centre there...But soon, that area started flodding!!!!!! Sad!!! But we still manage to continue playing there somehow...The SGLs helped us a lot in handling the problem.

Wash up & started to prepare for NightWalk...Went to blk 50 to pray & set off to blk to put the joss sticks along the route...I was station at level 6 staircase with Ben Wong...Throughout the whole night I was so sleepy...But surprisingly, the staircase wasnt too stuffy & hot...After all the clearing up, it was ard 6.30..Thats when we slp...

Day 3

Woke up early in the morning & realised I was drawn by dunno which idiot...And Manda was trying to draw my left hand when I woke up, but allow her to write 'CHIALING' on me...

All of us gather at the grandstand for our final breakfast ard 9 plus...Obourians were all so low...We dunno how to make them high...

After breakfast we bring them back to the sports hall & did some cheers again then proceed to LT22 to watch a video...Of cos! We played games & announced the winners...Obour was awarded the most supporting grp! YEAH!! 3 cheers to Obourians...After which, we gathered outside LT22 and have our last words to the freshies....Dismissal...

All the GLs, SGLs & AGLs then went into LT22 to watch our video...A footage of all the past trainings...The hardships that we've endured, the laughter and joy we've experienced...I didnt expect myself to cry...But I guess its just natural that we all were so emo...After so many trainings..Our time has finally come...But over so soon..Its just 3 days 2 nights...

Cleared up and slept a while in the of sports hall...& finally, the Angels And Mortal Thing was announced...Haha...My angel is Kiappy...No wonder he knows I like almond...The we had photo taking sessions with almost everyone! I am so happy I didnt quit GLs eventually...
